Event Tickets
Refunds for event tickets can be issued up to 7 days before the event date. After this period, tickets are non-refundable. However, they may be transferred to another individual upon request.
Coaching and Consulting Services
Refunds for coaching and consulting services are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. If you are dissatisfied with the service provided, please contact us to discuss your concerns and explore potential options for a refund.
How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund, please contact our customer support team at info@disdo.org with your order details and the reason for requesting a refund. We strive to process refunds promptly, typically within 5-7 business days.

Start by acknowledging the positive aspects of your day, reflect on your achievement, consider any difficulties you faced, identify what you learned from today's experiences, assess your emotional state, think about your interactions with others, did you take time for yourself, based on today's reflection, set realistic goals or intentions for the next day, and finally, sum up your day in a few words.
Remember, the purpose of this reflection isn't to judge yourself harshly but to observe and learn from your daily experiences. It's a tool for self-awareness and personal development.
